Every great cup has a story.

Blue Craft Coffee Roasters began in Southwest Florida with a mission to serve something bigger than coffee. Founded by retired police detective Sean Viara and his wife, Sara, Blue Craft was created to honor the dedication, sacrifice, and service of first responders, military personnel, dispatchers, and the communities that stand beside them.

That legacy lives on today.

We're Brian and Theresa Kain, a husband-and-wife team from Michigan. Like many of our customers, we've built our lives around hard work, family, faith, and serving others in our own ways. When the opportunity came to carry Blue Craft Coffee into its next chapter, it wasn't simply the coffee that captured our attention—it was the purpose behind it.

We fell in love with the quality of the coffee, but even more with the heart of the business.

Our goal isn't to change what Blue Craft Coffee has always stood for. It's to preserve that foundation while continuing to grow its reach, one cup at a time.

Many of our coffees are named after moments familiar to those who serve—Stake Out, Pursuit, Resist Rest, Freedom, Blue Line, Red Line, Gold Line, Light Duty, and Flat Line. These names aren't just creative labels; they're reminders of the courage, commitment, and sacrifice shown by those who answer the call every day.

We're proud to continue roasting these coffees and honoring the stories behind them.

That's why we roast specialty-grade coffee in small batches, carefully bringing out the unique character of every origin and blend. We don't believe great coffee should be rushed or overcomplicated.
